All products sold on “AS-IS” basis. NO WARRANTIES.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in case if the purchased product does not match the description. For a full refund, the RMA (return merchandise authorization) has to be requested within 14 days of the auction date. To receive RMA, please contact us at support@vitcomauction.com

All items that were not picked up within 7 days from the auction date will be re-listed on the next auctions with no refunds.

Condition Notation

Please carefully review the condition notations. It is the bidder's responsibility to familiarize themselves with all of the visual information offered.

New - items that appear to be in a new condition or have no signs of use.

Open Box – items are new but the package was damaged or opened for inspection.

Used -items have signs of use. If possible, items will have secondary photos to show usage.

Damaged - new or used items that have noticeable damage, with pictures of the damage provided.

Other - items that might have missing parts, hardware, etc...

Bidding

Bidder must register prior to being able to place a bid on an item. By registering and placing a bid, the bidder agrees to all the terms and conditions.

Before placing bids, please take a few seconds to review the auction details. Bids CAN NOT be edited or canceled after they have been submitted. A bid is considered an offer under contract law. If an offer is accepted, a contract is established and becomes legally binding.

If you are unsure about any of the Terms and Conditions, pricing, or condition notations, please do not bid as all sales are final and no refunds are given.

Pre-Authorization

A $1.00 pre-authorization amount will be applied to your credit card for each auction you bid on. This is a pending-only charge meant to verify your credit card. This charge will not post permanently to your account and will automatically drop off. If there are any questions, feel free to contact us at Support@vitcomauction.com.

 

Payments

 If you won an auction then within 24 hours after the close of the auction the credit cards on file will be charged and a "paid in full" invoice will be sent via email. Credit cards will automatically be charged unless otherwise specified under auction details. Bidders must have available funds on their credit card and must have a valid card on file to continue bidding. Bidders who accumulate unpaid invoices risk losing their items and/or bidding privileges. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

 

 

Buyer’s Premium

A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids, resulting in the total purchase price, exclusive of any applicable sales taxes.

Taxes

All purchases are subject to Cuyahoga County sales tax of 8%.

Invoicing

“Paid in full” invoice will be sent to each buyer's registered email within 24 hours after the close of the auction. If you do not receive an invoice via your email within 24 hours after the close of the auction, please contact us at support@vitcomauction.com

Tax Exemption

Please bring a Tax Exemption form when picking up your item. You can also send one via email to Support@vitcomauction.com. Exemption will apply to purchases made after the submission of official documentation. Failure to do so, tax exemption will not be accepted and you will have to apply to the state for a refund.

 

Picking up items

 At the time of pick up, the buyer must present a "paid in full" invoice (either printed or electronically) and a valid driver's license. Driver's license numbers may be recorded at the time of pickup to ensure multiple people are not picking up the same item. If unable to come to the scheduled pickup day/time, it is the bidder's responsibility to send someone on their behalf with a valid driver's license and a "paid in full" invoice. Item(s) that are not picked up within 7 days from the auction date will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal, resale or donation without refund unless the winning bidder contacts support@vitcomauction.com to arrange an alternative pickup.

 

Shipping & handling

We can ship if you ask us to do it. Shipping is not free. If you like your item to be shipped to you, please contact us at support@vitcomauction.com to get a quote.
